Now I think with new management, I took in a number of items for dry cleaning Without telling me they put a charge of $3 extra white item fee on drying cleaning what were a cream pair of trousers. She said everyone did it. This is the first I have heard of it in 30years of drying cleaning experience in Sydney,I took the items back and will not return to this store. Anybody ever heard of treating a customer well anymore?

She was very considerate and quick and the place is the most reasonable price in the area for sure. I highly recommend this place for any clothing relevant services!

VIP Dry Cleaners worked with me to resolve the situation and delivered. They even put themselves out to make sure my items were ready on time. To quote "no problem, we want to help you". I cannot recommend this family business enough.
