Come to North Sydney Yoga - you will find a place that opens a door for you - into a beautiful light filled space - where you can practice Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga - with the support of professional and highly trained teachers - led by Angelika Knoerzer - who will warmly welcome you into learning more about yoga. You can start as a beginner with no prior experience - do general led classes - or rise early and practice Mysore style with other students. Come and practice yoga at North Sydney Yoga - you will enjoy it - and be forever grateful you found it. - Su Li Sin Added February 22, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★I love the energy that is present in the warm and beautiful space at NSY. The teachers are lovely - skilled, dedicated and highly experience in assessing each student's needs. They genuinely want to help each student in their practice. I ride (a bicycle) an hour to get to morning mysore, so I guess that says something!
